Brewed with the comfort of our own cultivated rice. On the hill behind the brewery, in our own field overlooking Mt. Asama & Mt. Yatsugatake, the water of the clear stream Chikuma River & the cool & harsh natural environment at an altitude of 800m are carefully grown. Milled rice in-house & brewed it slowly in the underground water of the Chikuma River. Enjoy the climate of the sake brewery brewed from the raw materials & the rich & soft taste of rice.
