Created using 90% Tempranillo from more than 60-year-old vines, with the remainder coming from elegant Graciano. Aged for 4 years in 4-year-old barrels, it ripples with sweet cherry, prunes, plum crumble, vanilla, caramelized nuts, red pepper, balsamic, jamon, tea leaves & dried flowers. A wonderful combination of leather saddles, smoky tobacco & wood that conjures up thoughts of cowboy saloons. An intriguing wine, goes well with Sunday roasts & slow-cooked stews, followed by chocolate desserts & a cheeseboard.
