A brand that expresses the momentum of sunrise. The ear of rice attached to the bottle is a trademark. A powerful liquor brewed in traditional production method that requires nearly twice as much time as the conventional method called quick brewing method.
They use a method called 'Raw Palate making', making sake by cultivating pure & strong yeasts with basic acid made by lactic acid bacteria that are smashed in sake breweries by thoroughly crushing koji & steamed rice with traditional hand made items.
Kurosawsa Kuroga Sake Brewery founded in 1858, with the storehouse located at the top of the Chikuma River (800m above sea level). Clear air, clear water & with the blessings of nature, this sake is brewed by the locals.
Sweet, spicy bitterness is a well-balanced five-flavored sake & full of good rice cake taste & rich, deep flavor.
